		<description>I like the Gnu cinnamon raisin and the new espresso bar.  You can also buy them at the Vitamin Shoppe and they put them on sale usually when they are on sale on the web site.  I agree with Susie about the Fiber One bars but the chocolate is my favorite, almost like a candy bar.  It is recommended that we eat 20-25 grams of fiber per day and that can be hard to achieve unless you are eating Fiber One cereal.  Fresh fruits and vegetables have some but not as much as we would like to think.  Dried beans are good sources of fiber, even the canned variety.</description>

		<description>These bars are pretty good, the raisin are better in my opinion.  The brownie bar tastes like a diet bar and I&#039;d rather have a real brownie.  Now that FiberOne has come out with their version of granola bars that have 12g of fiber per bar, this brand is my favorite, especially the peanut butter flavor.</description>
