Both tries of the cookies look wonderful (especially the ice cream sandwiches), I’m sorry the dough gave you so much trouble. There was a lot of anticipation with these, wasn’t there? I saw so many rave reviews I was predisposed to thinking they would be the best cookie ever.

WOW!!! I missed that additional 1/3 cup addition. I LOVE how yours turned out – mine were somewhat flat… a LOT flat. These look perfect – I’m going to make another “peppery” batch with this addition. So glad you experimented and love what came out of the oven!

They look so good. I love the ice cream in the middle the best! I dipped mine in white chocolate and love them!

I love those airline cookies! Mine were very thin and crispy and tasty. Your ice cream sandwiches look delicious, and love the idea of crumbling them onto yogurt.
